Ordering
All orders are hand made to order in our Lancashire, UK, workshop. Choose your size and finish at checkout - if you're not sure on size or need to convert between international ring size scales, check our Sizing Chart page or simply send us a message.
Product Quality
Every piece is handmade using traditional jewellery techniques - hydraulic pressing, hand soldering and polishing. Nothing is cast or mass produced; we're too proud to outsource. Small variations in finish are normal and expected with handmade pieces; your piece will be as unique as you.
Why solid precious metals only?
We only use solid sterling silver or solid 9ct/18ct gold material - never plated, filled or vermeil. Plating wears off with everyday contact, showers, and time. Solid metal doesn't. Our jewellery pieces are designed to last and be worn for a lifetime.
Which thickness should I choose?
We offer four thicknesses, each suited to a different look:
Dainty (1mm) - our most delicate option, best worn as part of a stack or layered with other jewellery.
Stacking (1.2mm) - a versatile everyday thickness, substantial enough to wear alone but light enough to stack.
Everyday (1.5mm) - a step up in weight, still comfortable for daily wear with a bit more presence.
Wedding (2mm+) - our most substantial band, popular as a wedding ring or for those who prefer a bolder look.
Hallmarking
Under UK law, precious metal items over a certain weight must be hallmarked by an assay office before sale. Where this applies, our pieces are hallmarked through The Goldsmiths' Company Assay Office. Smaller, lightweight pieces fall under the legal exemption and don't require hallmarking - we won't claim a hallmark on these, even though the metal content is exactly the same.
Returns and Refund
If you change your mind, you can return an unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Custom sized or personalised pieces can't be returned unless faulty. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us with photos and we'll sort it quickly - no long back and forth.

Processing and Shipping Time
Most orders are made and dispatched within 1-3 working days. UK orders ship via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. International orders take longer depending on destination and customs. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships, so you always know where it is.

Packaging
Every order arrives in simple packaging (usually an organza bag and a hygienic zip-lock bag, ready to gift or keep. We keep packaging simple and practical rather than over the top - your money goes into the ring, not the box. Re-use, Re-purpose, Re-cycle - all our packaging is chosen with that in mind.
International Sales
We ship worldwide from the UK. Delivery times and costs vary by country - you'll see the exact cost and estimated delivery at checkout before you pay. Customs and import charges may apply depending on your country's rules (see Taxes, Duties and Customs below).
Taxes, Duties and Customs
Prices shown at checkout include everything you'll pay for UK orders - no surprises at the door. For orders to the US, import duties apply to precious metal jewellery from the UK, which we collect and pay upfront through Royal Mail's PDDP service, so you won't be charged again on delivery. For other international orders, your country's customs charges are separate and are the buyer's responsibility.
